This is a devlog for Bloodthief, the indie game I'm working on inspired by Quake, Hotline Miami, and Ghostrunner. In this devlog I talk about:
- Preparation and tools for playtesting
- Preventing rage quitting
- Making mechanics intuitive
- Giving the player room to learn
- Allowing the player to always feel in control
