Lumbermill's NPCs have gone through a few iterations over the years, and are long overdue an upgrade. I've been meaning to improve the art for Employees for a long time, but wanted to make sure I was happy with the rest of the game's art direction before going ahead with an employee redesign. The new system is fully modular, with randomised skin tones, hair styles and hair colours for each employee. It's also much easier to distinguish different employee job types and the whole style is a lot more in line with the rest of the game now. Still more to do, but I think this is a huge improvement.
